Myth of 4 /افسانه ۴

Works of Videos, Live Performances, and Artists’ Talks by Iranian and SWANA Artists
February 12 –  September 17, 2022

Clarion Alley Mural Project is proud to announce Myth of 4,  a new series of Zamin Project showcasing new videos and performances by ten Iranian artists based in the Bay Area. Myth of 4 reimagines and recreates our present and future. In this program, the artists redefine their imaginary worlds, inspired by the four elements, Earth, Water, Air, and Fire. The theme of Afsaneye 4/ Myth of 4 blossomed out of a series of conversations between the participating artists in the project.

In addition to the new videos and performances by the 10 Iranian artists, the program includes two open calls for video works, inviting Iranian artists, from throughout the world; and SWANA (South West Asia and North Africa) artists based in California to reimagine our world inspired by the theme of the four elements.
